Description

This creamy, tangy mayonnaise made with Greek yogurt is a healthy twist on the classic condiment, perfect for sandwiches, salads, and dips. Just 5 ingredients and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Greek yogurt (non-fat or full-fat, your choice)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh is best)

¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ teaspoon sea salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

– Optional Add-ins:

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch of monk fruit or honey for a sweeter taste

Instructions

Add all ingredients to the cup that came with your immersion blender (or use a bowl and stand mixer with a whisk attachment).

Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30 seconds).

Taste and adjust as needed: add more lemon or mustard for tang, or garlic/sweetener for flavor.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Stir before each use.

Notes

For a thicker texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt.

Customize with herbs, spices, or a hint of sweetener based on your flavor preference.
